Dear Cisco AnyConnect user,
I could not login to VPN as the login panel become blank.
I have add the URL as trusted site in my IE.
Any other steps to enable the login prompt?

OK. Just found out the solution.
Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset Internet Explorer settings > Reset > Choose option to 'Delete personnel setting' > Reset. The reboot the PC.
The IT also could not resolved this issue.
