can anyone help me to get out the below scenario it is production issue.
The process involves remote employees inputting their credentials into AnyConnect, followed by Duo MultiFactor authentication, to establish a VPN connection successfully. Subsequently, they engage in calls using Cisco Jabber, with voice recordings being stored upon call completion. However, there is an identified issue where screen recordings fail to be stored despite initiation attempts

This sounds like it could be resolved by implementing Expressway. That way way just the Jabber app is authenticated back to CUCM and not the entire platform.

But earlier our'e employees using Windows Native VPN at that time Recordings are storing fine but based on some compliance need to integrate MFA as a 2 step of authentication. this case as of my knowledge DUO MFA isn't support Windows native vpn that's why wee are going with Any connect but in this case recording's are not storing on destination server
