Cisco Auto attendant from PSTN

I've setup my auto attendant CUC12 and i'm able to fuction the caller inputs when i dial from internal IP PHONE to my CTI route point

I have a problem when someone calls from outside PSTN Pots or mobile call to PSTN it seems that the digits i press don't go to unity connection so i can't make any choices like an extension number or 1 or 2 or 3...  

Any tip would be appreciated

Sounds like DTMF issues, verify your config in the GW

It's really helpful, You gave me the topic after i searched i configured the DTMF and worked fine
