Cisco CUBE and Teams direct Routing One side Voice not Working

Hello ,

We got a requirement to replace Third Party SBC with Cisco Voice Router 4321,via Directing routing with microsoft teams.

I can call from Teams to mobile phones and vice versa. Sound from mobile phone to teams is working .

But no sound from teams to mobile phone.

Is there a firewalll in the path?

might be helpful to post output of "debug ccsip messages" after placing some test calls.

Hi There, 

In most cases, one-way audio issues arise due to routing or firewall configuration problems. Please ensure that you have correctly allowed all the ports required for direct routing between CUBE (Cisco ISR 4321), Teams, and the Service Provider.

Ensure that you have allowed the Teams IP ranges and configured NAT properly.

As @Steven L requested, could you please provide the debugs to check which IP address is being used in the SDP?  Furthermore, could you please verify the IP listed in the SDP packets of the SIP messages and ensure that this IP has been permitted in the firewall for media to flow?
