CUCM IMP Subscribe to presence changes

One of my internal customers wants to write an Application to subscribe to presence changes and status updates in jabber. I have not seen an API to do this directly. Has anyone done this or can point me to the right documentation?

It looks like Cisco is adding a second virtual CD drive to the ova template.I THINK this means we should be able to load answer files via iso image now but cant find confirmation. Has anyone verified or done this yet?

I am using PRTG for monitoring but cant seem to find the SMNP OIDs for monitoring DSP usage. Does anyone have this info?
