We have Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) version 11. This has kept us in compliance with FCC's E911 regulations. We are in the process of working out the details on upgrading all of our UC, but this may be months down the road before the upgrades actually take place.
A provision of the Ray Baum Act for non-fixed devices (on- and off-premises) went into effect on 01/06/2022. If I'm correct, this applies to remote devices such as Cisco Jabber softphones. If so, we are not in compliance with that section of the Act as calls to Emergency Services will not show the physical address of a remote employee to the PSAP if that call is over the softphone.
