Hello Community,
I have Cisco Expressway C & E 8.5.1 setup and am having audio issues remotely with users on Jabber 10.6 Android, Windows, and iPhone.
I am wondering if this could be because my ASA 5512 is setup port forwarding the required ports to the Expressway E.
Does the NAT have to be 1:1 or can I do port forwarding?
Problem: when making an audio call there is no audio either direction 3 out of 5 calls. On the 4th and 5th calls there is audio.
I did a wireshark trace on the windows machine and I when there is no audio the client is sending the audio to the Expressway / ASA Public IP address, but nothing is being returned. When working, its a duplex communication from client to the Expressway E.
I have the Expressway E setup with dual interfaces and the second interface is the NAT interface with default gateway to the ASA.
The Expressway E first interface has static routes to the Expressway C on the UC subnet.
I appreciate your advise.

Hi,
After Expressway-E restart, initial couple of calls works fine then audio comes like 90% breaking.
Can you guys please share list of port forwarding you have done on ASA?
thank you.
