I have configured Cisco Jabber 11 with RMA it is registered properly IM & Presence and CUCM services are coming but when I dail a call it connects but no voice is coming.

Is NAT reflection is configured at firewall ? Or you can analyze pcap in expressway in case of any port block at network.

Hi Ahmed,
Did you opened the port 2222.
As well the ports 36000 / 36001* or 2776 / 2777**
Please refer the firewall configuration guide for port to be open.

For testing purpose you can check which ports are getting blocked while re creating the issue.
