Hi,
We have an issue with the new Cisco Jabber version 12.9.1 on allmost all clients. (500)
When the have shutdown their laptop, or just restarted the laptop, then cisco jabber has reset the sound settings and they must choose thier microphones etc once again and save.
This is a big issue, and we have not been able to identify why this happens.
Do anyone know if this is a known bug, or do anyone have a solution to this issue?
