Hello I am running the Jabber version 14.1.1 and everything was working fine but now we are having issues with the transfer button being greyed out so we are unable to transfer calls

Does this affect all call types or just inbound calls from the carrier?
It might be a MTP issue. In CUCM, go to Media Resources > Media Resource Group, verify that the group used by your Jabber device contains MTP resources.
Also, in CUCM, go to Media Resources > Media Termination Point, and make sure your MTP resources show registered.
