Experts,
Wondering if anyone tried to get Cisco Jabber 9.6.2 running on this iPhone?
I was able to get IM, Presence, Contact and Voicemail to work, however the Phone Service doesn't. Since there is no option to configure the Jabber client other than enter the user id, thus I do not know what can be tweaked.
Any comments?
PS. The same issue is reported on iPad.

To make phone calls from Jabber for iPhone you need a TCT device configured on your CUCM as well and associated with that specific end user.
The same goes for iPAD you need a TAB device and for Android a BOT device.

Try to configure digest user for the device and try to login again
