Hello ,
I am using CUCM version 8.5 and presence version 8.6.4 .
I am trying to make a video call but it doesn't work .
In the CUCM the video capabilities is enabled , I use SCCP 7962 phone .
The camera is Logitech c170 .
In the jabber -->file -->options ---> video I can see myself
The connection status for deskphone video in Jabber shows Unavailable and Unknown
I installed the Media Services Interface.
any suggestion ?

Can you check the version of windows PC you are using. Also please check the version of Jabber for windows that you are using. Consider the following information documented;
By any chance if you are testing this on a windows 8 PC; you would want to use the latest version of Jabber for windows and MSI file; refer to this link for more information;

Apart from that ; please also ensure that the cisco Media service is turned on in the services section of windows ; if not try to reinstall this service.
