Cisco Jabber chat live typing app

Hello Cisco Forum,

Is there a way to configure Cisco Jabber or use a plugin or third party app to watch what the other Cisco Jabber user is typing to my chat window before it gets sent to my chat window?

Hi techfour,

Not possible. The IM messages are processed by IMP sever only when it is sent from other side, until then it is local to user / PC.

Well, if you ask them to share their screen, or log into a webex, you certainly can do that, but that kinda defeats the purpose of someone typing a message to send it to you...

Is there an application or software that can work with Cisco unified communication products that can enable live chat with customers?

I have seen jabber guest which can enable a link on the website and allows customers to have click a link and do video chat ?

What about live text chat ?
