Hi all,
By default when Cisco Jabber search a name that contains st,DisplayName,Surname which configured on active directory it's find the user and shows the value of DisplayName that configured on AD.
I want that Jabber will show the value of "st" attribute instead of DisplayName value.
I changed Jabber-config.xml according to the documents.
<Directory>
<DisplayName>st</DisplayName>
</Directory>
When using cisco jabber 11.6.3 it's works properly (it's shows "st" instead of DisplayName value) but higher version(12.5.0 for example) still show DisplayName.
Any suggest?

Hi,
Please make sure you followed below procedure:
1. Uploaded the updated jabber-config.xml file on all CUCM TFTP Servers
2. Restarted TFTP service on all CUCM TFTP servers
3. Logout from Cisco Jabber and login back.
If above procedure still doesn't work, you can try deleting Cisco Jabber cache from your machine and try again.
