Hi,
We have encounter an issue with some users. Cisco Jabber goes offline automatically after some time. It doesn't allow to login again. We need to close jabber from task manager and start again. Some people suggested that revoking "Capability Assignments" and assinging again will help. But it wasn't helpful either. I will be gratefull if someone suggest any solution. We have ON-Premises deployment. We have tried different versions of Jabber client (9.1,9.2.xx) but none worked.
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards,
Muhammad Younas

Have you tried the latest version of Jabber for Windows which version 9.2.5 (released on 25th of Sept)? If so, is the issue still reproduciable?

This sounds like a bug, try upgrading to the latest Jabber version.

Is there a firewall or IPS in the traffic path between the user and the CUPS/IM&P server? The first thing that comes to mind is the TCP session getting RST on the client unexpectedly. What version of the server software? A quick browsing through the bug toolkit might also be useful since you have already tried multiple clients.
