Cisco Jabber hide/remove "Stop Video" Button

Good Day, Сolleagues!

I'm deploying the Cisco Jabber 11.8 and a have the small question.

How the disable or hide the "Stop Video" Button in Jabber Client with config file?

I learned the confil*.xml files, but not found the parameters of this button.

I don't believe there's a way to remove/disable that button

Why? This is routine task of Jabber customization, such as add/remove "Presentation" feature...
