Cisco Jabber in Windows vibrating and ringing but doesn't showing answer button
One my user complained as follows,
When someone calls - Jabber rings and vibrates but doesn't not shows answer button on user's screen.
Also users tries to click Jabber icon on desktop it shows connecting and it is same even after log off and login.
CUCM version is 11.5
Checking with user for error messages and other logs if possible. But if any of has come across the same issue and have the resolution - please help here.
