Hello All
My ExpressWay‘s version is 8.7 and imps server is 10.5.2.
I met the below error message after resetting Cisco Jabber version 12 when I login Cisco Jabber.
" Cannot locate server. Check your server address. If the problem perisistes, contact your systme administrator."
I tried to login with Cisco Jabber 11.9 and 12.0 in Android Phone.
Cisco Jabber 11.9 work, but 12.0 doesn't work.
Is the problem a bug?

Is there any error message on log?
I think the problem must be related to ExpressWay. The client can not get the ip address of IMPS and CUCM through MRA.
