Cisco Jabber Not Audio Conference

Dear All,

I' m Having 2 problems, please help me.

1. Jabber not audio conference (consult), i has test in local, by implementing call from 6001 to 6002 and on ext 6002 press consult to ext 6003 but failed.
2. ext 6001 call 6002, use ext 6003 Monitoring Agent call of 6001 and 6002 by implementing press Barge In but failed

3 extension: 6001, 6002, 6003 can call for each other.

Used UCCX 11.6 Enhanced, CUCM 12.0, IMP 12.0, softphone jabber 12.5

1. Check the max calls allowed on 6002; a consult transfer needs an additional concurrent cal leg.
2. Does 6003 have a Monitoring CSS that contains the Partition of 6001 and 6002?

max calls, i has setup to 8. 

2. Does 6003 have a Monitoring CSS that contains the Partition of 6001 and 6002 ?

-> Monitoring CSS has contains in line ext 6003 because i can use feature "silent monitoring".

i only not can use feature barge in.
