All,
We are using Cisco Jabber to answer and place calls from desk phone. I was wondering if there is a way to have another line on the CSF device? We have a shared line on our desk phone and would like to put a shared line on as a second line and answer it with Jabber.

No, Jabber devices are limited to just one line.

As Jaime stated, Jabber currently only supports one line. If you require more than one line then you need to use IP Communicator.
