Hi everyone, we have installation with CUCM, IM&Presence and Cisco Expressway C-E (MRA), we want that somebody Jabber user only can local connect, and other user can connect local and throught MRA. is this posible?. How can configure this funcionality? or we can not.

No, currently there is no way to prevent someone who is enabled for Jabber and MRA to not use MRA, the only workarounds are to use SSO to deny login requests when they're on the outside, or use certificate based authentication for MDM registered devices so only those can connect.

Not with current versions, if you have MRA deployed and users are able to login on-prem to Jabber they will be able to login across MRA. I believe version 12 release of CUCM will allow some enhancements and control over this behavior.
