cisco jabber over VPN

How can i connect jabber on my pc from my home ?

when i am in my office i can connect to CUCM and CUP servers and chat to others but from my home i cannot.

i use have 2 public ips for CUCM and CUP servers and i made VPN on my ASA but when i try to connect jabber app cannot communicate with the server appears

any idea?

Start by troubleshooting connectivity issues from your VPN config, routing, firewalls, etc.

Make sure there's DNS resolution from your VPN as well.

on CUCM side.. there is any VPN configuration ??

or CUP .. any configuration?

On CUCM theres for phones, but that has nothing to do here, CUPS has nothing to do with VPN.
This comes down to pretty much everything, BUT, CUCM and CUPS when its about VPN and basic connectivity
