Hi,
I was using Cisco Jabber on iOS/Android devices using "Phone Services Only. and it was working smoothly.
after updating Jabber,when i try to login with credential then it is showing "Format not correct. Use username@example.com
while i was using username@192.168.1.100.com and it was successfully signing but now Format not correct. Use username@example.com

Actually it was working perfect even i updated to new version in iOS/Android. i got issue after logoff and tried to re login.
