Cisco Jabber shows wrong status to user

Good morning,

 

We are using Jabber for Windows 12.8

Some of our users see themselves as offline in Jabber even thought they are not offline. Actually, if a user is showing offline when they are not I will see their correct status from Jabber.  Changing the status configuration in Jabber made no change and trying to change the status manually in Jabber still shows them as offline at the level of the Application.

 

It only does this for a few users. What can we do to ensure they see their correct status at the application level?

Thank you. I looked into this, but this issue you listed is actually the opposite of the issue we are having.

 

From what I can see, those users are set up the same way as others who do not have this problem. Also, they are on the same telepresence server.

 

From the perspective of those users they appear online in the server but not in Jabber.
