We have deployed Cisco Jabber for more than 2 years now. As the infrastructure is getting more mature nowadays, we are looking for the options to replace the hard phone (Cisco IP phone 79xx & 88xx series) with the Cisco Jabber softphones.
Anyone has the same experience and can share your best practice on the QoS portion on your network?
(1) Do you tag your Jabber traffic by using the Microsoft GPO
(2) How you configure the user's port in the Cisco switch. (Trust COS, DSCP ...)
(3) How you prioritize the Jabber traffic over the WAN.
Basically I have refer the documentation here but we are facing some challenges due to the existing QoS that we have implemented overall
