Hello, please i can't change my jabber status,

All my contacts see my as offline, even though I am online. I have to close Jabber and open again, in order to be have the Status – Online.

if you make a call you should see your status has been updated. Sometimes you need to update your status by sign out and sign out or making a quick call it is also a way to update it.

and sometimes it just takes time to update your status.

What version is your Jabber?

What is the CUCM or CME version?

The only thing that I can think of right now is the trunk. Check if the trunk has been set correctly.

Is this only happening to your account? If yes, you may need to compare what settings do they (working accounts) have than yours.
