We have one user who's Jabber status does not change when she answers a call. It will show her as "away" when the computer is locked and it will change when she has a meeting on her calendar, but it will not change when she answers a telephone call. Is there anything in cucm that controls that?
It works for everyone else in our company and I don't recall ever seeing this issue with anyone else before. She has logged into multiple pc's to test. We have wiped Jabber and reinstalled. Trying to figure out where to look next, because I don't think it's a pc/sw install issue.

Have you checked that the user is assigned to the directory number? It’s seen at the very bottom of the directory number page in line appearance mode.

Are you talking about the section that is titled "Users Associated with Line"?

Don’t have a CM UI to look at right now, but yes that sounds about right. It’s below the part where you can set 4 checkboxes, below the part where the display name, line text label and external phone number mask is set.
