cisco login / tracking system / "your account has been suspended" - issue

i logged my cisco.com account with username and password with no problem then i wanted to track my certifications but there is a message is that " your account has been suspended"

i tried also to use certifications tracking system website but there is a message is that "unexpected problem"

i recovered my account password but the same problem 

what the problem

can you help me

Recommend you to open a case with certification support at Cisco.
