Hi,
We are using Cisco meeting server and when external users are trying to connect to meetings it asks for Cisco Meeting App to be installed on the PC. Cisco has restricted this download unless you have a relevant agreement. Is there a way to make it publicly available when users login to a meeting room.
Thanks,
Frank

If they're trying to use WebRTC and your CMS version and their browser are not compatible, that is what they would get.

This is what comes up in the browser:
Click here to join the meeting using Cisco Meeting App for desktop (if installed)

Cms version, browser version?
The app link can be set during installation. You could host you own link to the download.
