I need help resetting an end user password, for a Unity Call Handler

We're running

Cisco Unity Connection
Version 12.0.1.22900-14

The personnel has changed since this long-running Call Handler was created (Both Administrator & End User).
How/where do I Set the password/Add the new End User to be able to Record the new prompts?

So if you are using the greetings administrator to have end user able to toggle the alternate greeting on or off or record new greetings, you add users my making them call handlers owners. This is a setting in the individual call handler.

 

I am of course assuming you have admin access to unity connection already.

 

You can reset the administrator password from command line utilizing the platform password. If you don’t have this you can reset as long as you have physical access. Procedure is document in Cisco docs. Let me know if you can not find it.
