So if you are using the greetings administrator to have end user able to toggle the alternate greeting on or off or record new greetings, you add users my making them call handlers owners. This is a setting in the individual call handler.
I am of course assuming you have admin access to unity connection already.

You can reset the administrator password from command line utilizing the platform password. If you don’t have this you can reset as long as you have physical access. Procedure is document in Cisco docs. Let me know if you can not find it.
