Hi Guys,
We have a solution with Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance and Security Team informed to Us that the license will expire on 10 days. I don´t have domain in this application, about, did access the application and not found option to generate file .csr (common on Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning) and to follow the process join the Secuirty Team.
Any idea about this procedure?
Thanks,
Regards,
Wilson

CSR file is for certificate renew. What is the relationship with license?
As this tool just got in retirement, I dont believe you can renew license on it.

Hi Flavio,
Thanks a lot for Your contact. Sorry, but, I did confusion with certificate and license. The need is about certificate not license, Ok.
I didn´t found option renew or generate certificate on Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance.

Wilson

It seems you misunderstood. The security team was referring to the certificate, not the licenses. The Prime Assurance license was perpetual, and this product reached its end of life (EOL) at the end of October this year.
To renew the PCA certificate, please refer to the admin guide for the specific PCA version you are using. Since this product has reached EOL, the documents might not be readily available on Cisco Portal, and you may need to conduct a thorough search on the internet.
