According to the release notes Spark do not support Touch 10 panel on SX10 and SX20 endpoints. The only way to use Spark if you use the TRC6 remote control. This lack of support reduces the user friendliness of the solution and make it harder to sell, since most customers want touch screen ant not remote control. Is there any upcoming software release from Spark that will resolve this problem?
