Cisco SpeechView support for Google Mail

Did you ever get a response? Did you manage to implement Speechview with G App? IF yes, can you share your process?

Hi,

I did not receive any response here but I had opened a case with Cisco Global Virtual Engineering Team. As per Cisco Engineer, in order to integrate Cisco Unity Connection with Google Gmail for Speech-To-Text, you need Cisco SpeechView Licenses (to convert voicemail to Text) and third party solution like ESNA for Unified Messaging (syncing of voice messages and states of voice messages).

In this case, I provided Cisco SpeechView and ESNA CloudLink licenses to the customer. I did not implement the solution as this was a pre-sales query.
