Cisco sx20 or C90 multi site license only on initiator

If i have Cisco SX20 or C90 multi-site license at the HQ office and there is no multi-site license in other Branches is it possible to make success multi-site video conformance calls or should have  multi-site license in or Branches .

in case of call initiated from HQ with multi-site license?

The endpoint that initiates the call is the one that needs the license. So if the ones in the branch are being added to the meeting hosted at the HQ endpoint then only the HQ one needs the license
