Cisco Unity Connection disk capacity

Hi,

 

i have this issue with a CUC v9. But the users have already delete his message.

Somebody have a idea for me? magic CLI?

 

Cisco Unity Connection cannot accept new messages, and you may not be able to upgrade Connection. The location where messages are stored has reached the maximum capacity specified on the Disk Capacity page. You can still send broadcast messages. Instruct Connection users to immediately delete unneeded voice message, and wait up to 30 minutes for the CleanDeleteMessages task to remove deleted messages from the hard disk.

What is the message aging policy for your users? How long are messages that have been deleted retained before being permanently deleted?

Also, in the Class of Service for your users is the setting for (something like) 'Delete messages without putting them in the deleted items folder" checked or unchecked?
