For instance, there is an audio issue with a DX unit, registered to their Webex Teams subscription account. The unit is running RoomOS 2018-07-12 9f2c038ae60 and is covered under smartnet maintenance.
In Control Hub they log a fault using the "Report Issue" button
What is the SLA on this "Report Issue" button and when would oyu use it over logging a regular TAC case?
