(a) Improve the Contacts list UI to make it easier to distinguish between available\away contacts (it is small and difficult for someone that is slightly color blind), and to tell if someone is on a call.
(b) Have option for a condensed contact list view, so I can see more names without scrolling.
(c) Add screen capture annotation features (ability to draw a line arrow, box). Also, have option to do a screen capture from the main settings menu (not just from within a chat).
(d) Extend contact profile information. We would like to add "office location" data, but there isn't currently a field.
