The "Call Using Computer" under Audio Connection in Cisco WebEx Meetings stopped working a couple of weeks ago. When I launch a WebEx meeting, it detects the camera and microphone on my computer. However, when I click Connect, it starts connecting and trying to connect but eventually times out, and I get the message " we had a problem connecting to audio and video." I tried to launch meetings using the WebEx Desktop App and IE browser but neither of them worked. Call me and I will Cal in are still working but Call Using Computer is not working (this option is there under Audio Connection). I am wondering if anyone has had any problem with the Call Using Computer options? any information and suggestion is welcome, thanks!
