Hi,
I need to confirm if CWSM can be used as a direct replacement for MP 8.5 for audio conferencing only and integrated with WebEx Meeting Center in the cloud. Is this possible? Customer is looking for a direct replacement for MP 8.5 and continue to use WebEx MC in the cloud and host audio on-prem.

CWMS is self contained on premise solution and has no linkage with the cloud. It can be used for a wholly self contained on premise audio/video/web solution but has no connection to the cloud. Today the architecture of MP with cloud WebEx doesn't exist in comparable products except if you do CCA. CCA direct through Cisco requires a large number of minutes to be viable close to 1.5 Million minutes per month. However there is options through service providers for smaller chunks where you have SIP trunks to the SP network for audio.
