Hello. I have a Cius (9.2.1) that is registered and seems to be fully functional except for IM. I am trying to use my webex connect account with it. I have confirmed in CUCM that my presence and chat server type is set to Webex Connect. The chat server name field blank and I don't know if anything should go in there or not. I know that my webex connect login is correct, but when I run the IM setup wizard on the cius it fails. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

The " Chat Server Name " field should have the IP address of the chat server. I guess in this case it will be your CUPS server.

Thanks GP, but I'm not using a CUPS server. I am using Webex Connect.
