Conditional Access issue with Jabber on Mac 14.1

I have come accross a problem where Jabber on Mac 14.1 does not offer me the correct certificates (from InTune) when I try to login so I am unable to authenticate as Conditional Access fails.  Is this a known issue?

Symptom: sso fails when safari is invoked

Conditions: Conditional Access policy in place which will only allow access from Edge browser (Microsoft managed browser) Workaround: disable access control policy
