CUAC Standard RGF file upload

I download TSP 64 bit from CUCM. Register my licenses and received my RGF file. I download that file but where i need to upload that file. When i download the client and run it as Administrator it suppose to give me option to upload RGF file. I am not getting that options. Am i missing anything ?

On the CUAC standard, go under Help  -> About and it is on same screen with the machine code you used on the portal to get the RGF file  The top of the screen has the code and then below that is a browse file dialog to point to the file.
