CUCM 8.6 Scheduled backup failing but manual works finne

Hi

I am running on CUCM 8.6 version, my manual backup is working but scheduled backup fails, DRF services were restarted 2 days back, tested creating a new scheduler, still the same, checked DRF logs, it says,

"Unable to access SFTP server. Please ensure the given SFTP server is a genuine SFTP server.". Please advise any leads to fix this issue.

Hello,

Did you try backup using freeFTPd?

It is a free application, or you may use Solarwinds if you have restriction in your network.

Yes using FreeFTPD, I am able to take manual backup.
