Hi
Can anyone help with empty tar file issue while trying to restore backup.? i have freshly installed call manager on new host and trying to restore it from the backup. However, while running the restore wizard i have noticed that there is NO tar file available to select. i double checked both old and new call manager versions and both are same. Appreciate if you could can share troubleshooting tip to fix the issue.?

Restart DRS services, make sure your SFTP is reachable, that you're pointing to the right directory where the files are, and that you have read permissions over them.

If you have freshly installed a CUCM server on a new host, was it built with the same hostname and IP, and built to the exact same version (and security password), as the original? If not, then the DRS interface of the new server will not "see" the backup files from the old server.
