CUCM support for having multiple conferences on same phone

Can anybody confirm that the CUCM can support having multiple or more than one conferences on same phone simultaneously using the multi line functionality and then be able to swap between these conferences and add participants from one conference to another.

Yes, you can have a conference in each line and move from one to the other, remember that you might be sending MOH to the conference, which is not going to be the best experience if you're using a CFB which is not handled by CUCM (assuming the parameter to suppress MOH to conference is enabled).
