We purchased Cisco CVI demo licenses, and we have integrated with the Microsoft tenant.
Currently, we are able to join Microsoft Teams meetings with the CVI SIP address, but at the same time, we are not able to join the Microsoft Live Event through the CVI SIP address.
Can anyone suggest a solution for this?

As demo licenses for CVI are free you in essence has not purchased them as that would indicate a financial transaction. Based on your outline I gather that a SIP uri is created by the integration for these events. What happens when you call this uri, does it try to connect the call to the MS tenant? If so have you looked in the call logs of your B2B system to see why the call fails?

When we are trying to call this ID, IVR for entering the Conference ID. After entering the ID immediately call got disconnected.
After collecting the logs, let me try to find out the cause code.
Previously the customer was using the Pexip CVI solution, same error occurred while joining the event. Hence the customer asked us to deploy the cisco cvi.

Maybe it as simple as M$ not supporting CVI to be used for their events?
