Hi All,
I'm planning an upgrade of CWMS 1.5MR4 to 2.5 and have the read instructions here on how to do this;
I assume that all existing scheduled meetings will be maintained, it doesn't say either way in the document, can someone please confirm if this is the case?

I dont know if you already did the upgrade or not, but I did one a while ago and documented the steps. here is what I came across:

Hi Denis,
Thanks for posting - that is the procedure i followed but from the Cisco documentation - only difference is its for 250 users so there is an additional Media server.
I will attempt the upgrade once more and then get the TAC engineer on the phone if it still doesnt work.
