About to install CWMS 2.5 on B-series at a customer that has NetApp NFS datastore which only allows thin provisioning. I found the following statement in CWMS install guide, can someone confirm if it would be supported to install CWMS as thin provisioned instead of thick:
"You must select Thick Provisioning and create the maximum virtual disk space required for your system. With Thin Provisioning, VMware allocates the file system space on an as-needed basis that can result in poor performance. Lazy zero is sufficient and eager zero is acceptable, but eager zero will take more time to complete."

Hi Chris,
You must have THICK provisioning. We've seen many performance issues with THIN provisioning and this wouldn't be supported.

Thanks Dejan, I guess we'll work this out with NetApp.
