CWMS 2.5MR5 Support for MAC

Hi All,

Can someone please advise if Productivity Tool is supported with Outlook for Mac user running CWMS MR5?

If not is there a new version that will be coming out in the future that will be able to support this feature as it is already being supported on Cloud Webex.

The full version is CWMS 2.5MR1 (2.5.1.6139.B-AE).

Hi Farhad,

PT for Outlook on Mac is not supported with CWMS on any version currently available. We have an enhancement request submitted for this: CSCuc74527 No productivity tools for Mac. You can share it with your Cisco Account Team to pursue it further with CWMS Product Management to possibly include it in any new version.
