My customer has the CWMS 3.0 system for On Premise Webex Meetings.
When they schedule a new meeting in Outlook, the meeting organizer receives a system email with all information about the meeting (see image).
When they schedule a new meeting from the webex URL, the meeting organizer receives an email from the system without any information (see image).
Could you clarify if this behavior is normal according to some configuration to be performed or is it a system problem?
