CWMS Email invite template behavior

Hi dear!

 

My customer has the CWMS 3.0 system for On Premise Webex Meetings.

 

When they schedule a new meeting in Outlook, the meeting organizer receives a system email with all information about the meeting (see image).

 

When they schedule a new meeting from the webex URL, the meeting organizer receives an email from the system without any information (see image).

 

Could you clarify if this behavior is normal according to some configuration to be performed or is it a system problem?

Sorry, I didn't check the full invite.

 

In fact the customer receives the scheduling information in both cases. The problem is formatting when it comes from Outlook and when it comes from the Webex site which is different.

 

Would it be due to the Webex site sending via a protocol other than Outlook that sends via plain text?
